Can I Return My Packages?
We do not accept returns once your package has been delivered due to sanitary reasons.
PRETTYLITTLEGLOW is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen packages or changed minds.
Where Do You ship from?
We ship from Vlaams-brabant, Belgium.
Yes we do! We ship worldwide. Please keep in mind, sometimes customs taxes may apply in your country depending on where you are located.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Products?
Due to the increased amount of orders, please allow 1-10 business days for processing your order.
Holiday Shipping: Delays in shipment tend to occur during this busy season. If this happens simply contact Bpost, DPD or UPS directly for more information.
What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A €5 fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again. Please email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
What if my package is lost?
PRETTYLITTLEGLOW is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact Bpost, DPD or UPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.
What if my package was returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order.
*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of €4. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If products are damaged (broken, leaking) upon arrival due to a defective piece or damage during shipment, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence in order for us to send you a brand new piece. However, after 14 days we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are! Our products are also halal-friendly, gluten-free and parabens-free.
Can my products be in the sun?
It is best to keep it out of the sun and stored in a dry cool place and lid tightly sealed.
